The Pearlman brit was lovely. David was honoured to be asked to say a few words, which he did and we gave the baby its first tiny (Thomas the Tank Engine) tzittzit, to which David made appropriate reference in his speech, of course. The mohel was Rabbi Paysach Kroh, who wrote the artscroll book on brit milah.
No doubt everyone will be pleased to see the picture of Ari before his moment of truth. The other picture is of us with the proud Pearlman parents.
Unfortunately, the Rappoport brit took place at a time that I couldn't attend, but David was there (he didn't take any pictures!). David said the brit was very moving. Eliezer was named after his grandfather (Rabbi Rappoport's father) who passed away some time ago. Roma, Rabbi Rappoport's mother, was there and David was pleased to be able to share the moment with the family.
