SOUTH OF CANAL STREET

On the evening of Tuesday February 28th, David gave his presentation of The Whole of Jewish History in One Hour at Tribeca Hebrew. This event was organised by Michael Dorf, who having seen David at Limmud NY, put this gig immediately together.

The evening was great. Michael held it in a warm, intimate space, with around 50 'interesting' downtown types and David responded well to the environment, giving a great talk.



When the talk was over we went for a wonderful dinner with Michael, Basya, Mark (Pearlman) and David Bar Katz at a cute vegan kosher place in the East Village...the restaurant was great, but vegan rarely manages to excite no matter how cute it is. Either way, it didn't matter, because the company was great.
