After the Old Knit concert, we were met by Kirk, who had driven all the way from Vineland. He picked us up and he accompanied us to Chulent, which we popped into on the way back to our apartment, which we were leaving that night.
The diversion to Chulent was to allow David to bid farewell to his comrades - including Yitzchak, who had been very supportive of us - and for me to hand out flyers for our forthcoming The Whole of Jewish History in One Hour.
Sometime in the a.m. we made it back to the Chelsea apartment where we faced the daunting task of packing up and tidying the flat. I assigned David and Kirk the task of drinking coffee in the living room so that I could have space to sort out the flat. It took a little over and hour, but we managed to clear the place out and make sure it was in as good a state as we had found it.
With the apartment emptied of signs of Solomon, we drove back to southern New Jersey...and I promptly fell asleep in the back seat.
